Coega Dairy Appoints Two New Directors

Coega Dairy Holdings recently appointed two new directors to its Board.

Mr Tokelo Moloi

Tokelo is appointed as a non-executive independent director and serves on the Social and Ethics Committee.

He is currently employed by the IDC in Sandton. His career experience includes legal support for business restructuring, negotiating business rescue plans, practicing of commercial law as well as lecturing at Varsity College in Pretoria.

Tokelo’s interests includes nursing distressed companies back to life to save jobs and continue growing the economy. In his free time, he enjoys running and PlayStation gaming.

Mr Freddie van Zyl

Freddie is appointed as a non-executive director representing the Coega Dairy Milk Producers Organisation on the Board.

Freddie was brought up in Cradock and had a passion for dairy farming since his youth. After completing his schooling at Paarl Boys High, he completed a B Agric at Stellenbosch, where after he started farming in Cookhouse. He moved his farming activities to Cradock where he has a large dairy farm on the Fish River.

Freddie is married to Michelle and has four children. He also serves on the Board of GWK.
